These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Revive Hydrogen website and your purchase of our products. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

Products & Orders

We make every effort to display accurate product information, pricing, and availability. However, we reserve the right to correct errors, update information, and cancel orders if a product is listed at an incorrect price or is no longer available, even after an order has been submitted. If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund of any amount charged.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of purchase. Flexible payment options through Affirm or Klarna, where available, are subject to those providers’ own terms and credit approval.

Product Use & Disclaimer

Our hydrogen inhalation generators are wellness devices intended for general health and recovery support. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always follow the included instructions, use only purified or distilled water, and consult a healthcare professional before use if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or take prescription medications. Commercial & Professional Use

Revive Hydrogen generators are approved for use in commercial and professional wellness settings, including clinics, medspas, recovery studios, gyms, and similar facilities. Nothing in these Terms restricts purchase or use to personal, non-commercial, or research purposes.

Businesses offering hydrogen inhalation sessions to clients are responsible for complying with all applicable state and local regulations governing their facility, staff licensure, and services offered, and for ensuring that any claims made to their own clients are accurate and appropriately substantiated. Revive Hydrogen generators are wellness devices, not medical devices, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Purchases made under our Partner Program are business-to-business transactions and are subject to the pricing, payment, and account terms provided at the time of enrollment.

Warranty

Generators include a 3-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, measured from the date of original purchase. The hydrogen water bottle is covered by a separate 1-year limited warranty. Exclusions include, but are not limited to, damage from misuse or improper operation, unauthorized modification, use of non-purified water, accidental damage, cosmetic wear, and normal wear and tear. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Revive Hydrogen or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revive Hydrogen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
