Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment

Revive Hydrogen wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, or screen magnification. We are working to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

Where We Stand

We believe revivehydrogen.com partially conforms to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. “Partially conforms” means that most of the site meets the guidelines, while some parts do not yet fully meet them. We are continuing to find and fix issues. This is our own self-assessment, not a third-party certification.

What We Have Done

• Keyboard use: Our home page, main product pages, and order form can be used with a keyboard. Keyboard focus is clearly visible, and the ordering pop-ups keep focus inside while they are open and can be closed with the Escape key.
• Color and contrast: Text and background colors are chosen to meet the minimum contrast ratios in WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
• Forms: Form fields have accessible names, and error messages are announced to screen readers.
• Moving content: Videos that play automatically on our home page and main product pages include a pause and play button, and the quotes on our home page can be paused.
• Images and icons: Informative images have text descriptions, and purely decorative icons are hidden from screen readers.
• Testing: In October 2026 we tested our home page, main product pages, and ordering process with automated accessibility tools and manual keyboard testing.

Known Limitations

• Third-party tools: Secure payment forms (Stripe and PayPal), financing options (Affirm and Klarna), our scheduling tool, and our chat widget are provided by other companies, and we do not control their accessibility. If one of these is difficult for you to use, please contact us and we will help you complete your order or booking another way.
• Older content: Some older blog posts and embedded media may not yet meet all guidelines. We are reviewing and improving them over time.
• External research links: Our Science Hub links to published studies on other websites. We do not control the accessibility of those sites or documents.
• Assistive technology testing: We have not yet completed testing with a full range of screen readers and other assistive technologies. We plan to expand our testing.

Using the Keyboard on Our Site

• Press Tab and Shift+Tab to move between links, buttons, and form fields.
• Press Enter or Space to activate a button or link, and Escape to close a pop-up.
• Some browsers skip links when you press Tab unless you change a setting. In Vivaldi, open Settings, then Webpages, then Webpage Focus, and choose “Focus All Controls and Links.” In Safari, open Settings, then Advanced, and turn on “Press Tab to highlight each item on a webpage.” Other browsers may have a similar keyboard navigation setting.
