What is the partner discount?
Approved partners receive 30% off list pricing on any model, whether that is the HYD-1500, HYD-1800, or HYD-3000.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Partner pricing starts at a single unit. Many partners begin with one generator, confirm their clients respond to it, and add capacity from there.
Does the discount increase for larger orders?
Partner pricing is a flat 30% off list on every model, whether you are starting with one generator or outfitting several rooms. There is no tier to reach and no minimum to qualify. If you are planning a larger multi-room installation, mention it on your intro call and we will look at logistics and timing together.
What does “approved partner” mean?
Partner pricing is for businesses offering hydrogen inhalation to their clients — clinics, medspas, recovery studios, gyms, and similar. It is not available through the online store. It is set up directly, which is why every partner starts with a short conversation or a message through the form below. That call is also where we cover model selection, session pricing, and what your first month should realistically look like.
How do partners pay?
Card or ACH on your first order. Established partners can request net-30 invoicing on reorders and larger purchases, handled through Stripe so your accounting team receives a standard invoice and payment link. The Affirm and Klarna options shown on our product pages are consumer financing and are not used for partner orders.

What space and power does a generator need?
The generator measures 8.1″ × 15.0″ × 24.4″ and weighs 32 lbs on four swivel wheels. You need a comfortable chair, a standard outlet, and distilled water. The HYD-3000 draws 750W, so it is worth confirming the circuit if the room already runs other equipment. The HYD-1800 draws 450W and the HYD-1500 draws 375W.
How long until my generator arrives?
About three to four weeks from payment. Units ship directly from our manufacturing partner, so there is no warehouse delay — though manufacturing and shipping holidays can add a few days, and we will flag it upfront if your order falls near one. Setup takes under an hour once it arrives.
What do I need to restock?
Distilled water and nasal cannulas — that is it. There are no filters, membranes, or proprietary consumables. Cannulas are single-user items and four are included with every generator. Additional cannulas are available from us; ask about bulk pricing.
How many clients can one generator serve?
Every model has two hydrogen outlets, so one generator can serve two clients in the same session. Total hydrogen output is divided between the two cannulas, which is why clinics generally choose the HYD-3000 — at 2,000 mL/min of hydrogen it delivers roughly 1,000 mL/min per person in dual-user mode. The calculator above lets you model your own throughput.
How is hygiene handled between clients?
Nasal cannulas are single-user items, so each client gets their own. The 6-liter water tank includes integrated UV-C treatment, and the humidification bottles are refilled with fresh distilled water as part of a short daily routine. The tank itself is drained and refilled roughly every 60 hours of use or monthly, whichever comes first.

What happens if a unit goes down?
Email support with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We diagnose remotely with the manufacturer’s technical team, ship the needed part with step-by-step guidance, and arrange a video call with a technician for anything more involved. In the vast majority of cases your generator never leaves your building. All three models carry a 3-year warranty.
What is not covered by the warranty?
The exclusion worth knowing about is water quality. These are PEM generators and they require distilled water at TDS 5 or below — tap or mineral water damages the electrolyzer, and that damage is not covered. If several staff members will be topping off the tank, make distilled water part of the routine from day one. Normal decline in output over time, accidental damage, and unauthorized repairs are also excluded. Full warranty terms.
What can I tell my clients about hydrogen inhalation?
Revive Hydrogen generators are general wellness devices. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and client-facing materials should not suggest otherwise. Within that framing there is a great deal you can say, and we help partners get the language right.
Does offering this affect my license or scope of practice?
That depends on your state and your license type, and it is a question for your licensing board or your own counsel rather than for us. Most partners offer hydrogen inhalation as a general wellness service alongside existing offerings, but scope-of-practice rules vary and we are not in a position to advise on them.
