Shipping

Free Shipping (US)

All hydrogen generators ship free to addresses within the contiguous United States. Most orders leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days and arrive within 10–15 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Packaging & Handling

Each generator is carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit. Please inspect your package upon arrival, and if you notice any visible damage, take photos and contact us right away so we can resolve it quickly.

International Shipping

At this time, we ship within the United States only. If you’re located outside the US and interested in a future order, contact us and we’ll let you know if international shipping becomes available.

RETURNS

Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Return Window

If you’re not satisfied with your generator, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, the unit must be in like-new condition, in its original packaging, with all included accessories. Contact us to start a return — we’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 10–14 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and a return shipping fee may apply unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your generator arrives damaged or develops a defect covered by the 1-year warranty, contact us right away. We’ll work with you on a repair, replacement, or refund at no additional cost — including return shipping.
