What happens if it’s not right for me?
You have 30 days from the day your generator is delivered to try it at home. If it’s not the right fit, email us and we’ll send a prepaid return label — Revive covers return shipping on trial returns, no questions asked, provided the unit is returned in like-new condition with its original packaging and accessories. Once we receive it, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 10–14 business days.
What happens if the machine needs service?
Every generator is covered by a 3-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Email support@revivehydrogen.com with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue. Most problems are diagnosed remotely by email, photo, or video — the modular internal design means the manufacturer can usually ship a replacement part and walk you through a simple swap, with no return shipping required. If a full return is ever necessary for warranty service, Revive covers that shipping as well.
Will someone help me get started?
Yes. After you order, we’ll schedule a personal video onboarding appointment with our support team — a live walkthrough of setup, water requirements, session settings, and anything else you want to cover, so you’re using your generator correctly and confidently from day one. Our U.S.-based support team is also available anytime after that by email.
How quickly will it arrive?
Orders ship directly from our manufacturing partner and typically arrive about three to four weeks from purchase. You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its progress the whole way. Your free hydrogen water bottle ships separately because it contains a rechargeable battery, which travels under separate shipping rules. It usually arrives before your generator and has its own tracking number.
